Senior AI Platform Support Engineer

Domino Data Lab is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our remote-first, globally distributed team. You will own enterprise customer cases end-to-end, triaging Kubernetes infrastructure, ML platforms, and data connectivity while delivering timely resolutions.

You’ll contribute to the knowledge base and collaborate across Product and Engineering to improve our platform. A strong Linux background and experience with cloud services are essential for success in this role.
