Senior AI-Powered IT Operations Architect

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Product Architect to lead the architecture of an AI-native IT operations product. You will blend ITSM, automation, AI governance and data architecture to shape a unified, evolving product across multi-tenant environments, with a hybrid working model in the UK.

You will define end-to-end architecture for incidents, changes and requests, design an AI-driven orchestration layer, and set governance for knowledge and agent capabilities while advising senior stakeholders.
