Lead PakFactory’s AI-enabled digital transformation in Markham, owning platform strategy, product discovery, and hands-on delivery execution. Work fully on-site with leadership.

As a founding Senior Product Manager, you will partner directly with the CEO and guide web, customer portal, and vendor portal products. You will translate operational bottlenecks into AI initiatives, including a smart-quote agent and design co-pilot. The role covers structured requirements, agile delivery, and vendor accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own vision, roadmaps, and requirements for digital products
  • Translate operational bottlenecks into functional AI initiatives
  • Gather requirements across operations, design, sales, and leadership
  • Break business vision into epics, specs, flows, and stories
  • Run sprints, manage vendors, and remove delivery blockers

Requirements:

  • Five to eight-plus years in product and delivery
  • Experience launching complex B2B, e-commerce, or SaaS products
  • Hands-on LLM, AI workflow, API, or agent experience
  • Strong technical intuition across architecture, databases, and trade-offs
  • Conversational English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
