Senior AI Product Manager Cybersecurity

Shape AI-driven cybersecurity products remotely at Sophos through product strategy, roadmap ownership, and hands-on LLM expertise. Lead surfaces from definition through launch.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own an Accelerating AI portfolio surface end to end. You will guide agentic security products for expert users, using customer discovery, experimentation, and product judgment. Your work connects engineering, design, go-to-market, security, and commercial teams while addressing adoption, trust, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for an assigned surface
• Run customer and MSP partner discovery sessions
• Lead 0-to-1 delivery with cross-functional teams
• Set activation, usage, and retention targets
• Maintain product evaluation frameworks and AI standards

Requirements:

• Five or more years of product management experience
• Track record building products for expert users
• Hands-on LLM stack experience, including RAG and evaluations
• Strong understanding of AI adoption and trust failure modes
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication
