Senior AI Production Support Engineer (Remote)

Ema Unlimited is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. The Senior Technical Support Specialist will own the health, reliability, and trust of deployed agentic AI systems in production, working remotely on full-time basis.

The role requires deep expertise in AI systems, integrations, and workflows, with strong incident management and collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams. Compensation varies by location and experience.
