Senior AI Reliability Engineer (Remote)

Ema Unlimited is building agentic AI platforms and seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI) to own health, reliability, and trust of deployed AI systems in production. You will act as a production operator, not just a ticket handler, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and drive improvements.

The role is full-time and remote, with compensation discussed based on location, experience, and knowledge.
