Senior AI Scientist

In this role you will advance Pigment’s NLP capabilities by researching and refining prompts for LLMs, deploying models to production, and benchmarking competing architectures. You will work on cutting-edge GenAI initiatives to enhance information extraction, retrieval, and text generation within a fast-moving team. • Research, fine-tune, and improve prompting for LLMs in production use cases
• Implement and deploy NLP models in production environments
• Conduct experiments to compare model performance across architectures
• Stay up-to-date with NLP and LLM advancements and apply new techniques

• MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of NLP and machine learning experience
• Strong programming skills in SQL and Python plus ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid NLP knowledge (text representation, feature engineering, tokenization, embeddings)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLAMA, BERT, Transformer-based)
• Experience with LLM deployed projects and monitoring (LLM-as-a-judge, etc.) is a plus
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and ML offerings
• Excellent problem-solving and independent work ability
