Build AI-powered product features at Motion as a Senior Software Engineer, working across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and APIs.

This senior engineering role spans feature development, service design, and increasingly AI-powered product capabilities. You may contribute to Platform, Harness, or Runneth, depending on organizational needs and your strongest area. Motion’s stack includes React, TypeScript, Node.js with Express, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, design, and ship features end to end
  • Build AI features across Motion’s product
  • Design APIs and services supporting product capabilities
  • Maintain fast, reliable systems and integrations
  • Own outcomes on a small engineering team

Requirements:

  • Seven or more years building and maintaining software
  • Production experience with modern web technologies
  • Depth and expertise in at least one technical area
  • Mastery of AI-assisted development workflows
  • Ability to explain architecture and business impact
