Senior AI Solutions Architect for Customer Success

Genesys in Canada is looking for a Principal AI Solutions Architect to own technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of sophisticated IVR, routing, conversational AI, generative AI, and agentic virtual agent solutions.

You will translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures and production-ready solutions, working with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex, and guiding customers across multiple engagements.
