Overview

As a Senior AI Solutions Consultant, you design, build, and deploy Graph+GenAI solutions that scale to production. You act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, translating data challenges into business value using Neo4j Knowledge Graphs, LLMs, and AI orchestration. You work hands-on with executives and technical leaders, collaborating with Neo4j and cloud partners to deliver bespoke, production-ready AI applications. You will help customers adopt graph-powered AI at scale and across environments.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, propose, and deploy Graph+GenAI solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to executives and partners
  • Translate business objectives into AI-powered architectures leveraging graph databases and LLMs
  • Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines with customer stakeholders
  • Develop, test, and deploy production-grade AI applications integrating graph tech with LLMs and orchestration tools
  • continuously improve performance, scalability, and efficiency of deployed AI solutions
  • Contribute to education and enablement through workshops, training, and documentation for customers and internal teams
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in enterprise application development
  • 2+ years of LLM experience (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, integration)
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
  • Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes; Git and SVN
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of generative AI ecosystem and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Llama Index, Haystack) and cloud AI offerings (AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
  • Data engineering/Data science background; experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive; SQL and NoSQL
  • Graph database concepts and query languages (Cypher); hands-on with Neo4j, Neptune, TigerGraph or similar
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with customers and internal teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements
