Overview

As a Senior Analyst in the Accounting and Data Services team, you will support data-driven, operational outcomes for institutional clients across EMEA and APAC. You’ll work within a global team to gain exposure to asset allocation, analytics, and regulatory reporting, contributing to trusted client insights. You will develop strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities while delivering accurate, timely information. This role offers a foundation in financial services operations with opportunities to influence processes and client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing for DC clients
  • Investigate and resolve client and internal queries
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls and service standards
  • Analyse data to identify discrepancies, trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support reporting and monitoring activities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Build knowledge of Northern Trust systems, processes and client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver outcomes
  • Support technology and process enhancement initiatives through testing and feedback
  • Understand and apply service level agreements (SLAs) in client service delivery
  • Escalate issues and identify root causes and preventative actions
  • Build relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and client outcomes
  • Demonstrate energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and challenging tasks
