Key Responsibilities: • Oversee analytics for Contact Centre products • Leverage data for actionable guest and operational insights • Develop executive dashboards and data presentations • Lead stakeholder discussions to drive product alignment • Identify automation opportunities and guest pain points
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or relevant field • 6+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science • Strong SQL and Power BI skills • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts • Experience in customer experience analysis
