Overview
As a Functional Consultant in UCL’s Dynamics 365 CE team, you will design and configure end-to-end D365 CE solutions for complex student, staff and alumni relationships. You’ll run workshops, translate requirements into SAP? No, Dynamics; collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams, and provide on-site support through go-live. You’ll help shape scalable, high-quality CRM solutions aligned with the university’s enterprise ambitions. This role offers hands-on work across the Microsoft stack in a transformational, cross-functional context.

- Provide on-site support throughout delivery and go-live phases
- Stay aware of product roadmaps and upcoming D365 CE releases
- Organise, run and document workshops, requirements sessions and training for end users
- Experience in end-to-end D365 CE implementations within an Agile environment
- Functional experience in D365 CE configuration and standard customisation (workflows, dashboards, forms, views, reports)
- Strong ability to understand client needs and translate into solutions
- Consulting experience with good presentation and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of D365 CE functional areas and CRM DB Schema with data modeling for solutions
- Understanding of Dynamics CRM accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
- Desirable: LCS and Azure DevOps familiarity; Power Platform capabilities; Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings, requirements sessions and workshops
