Supporting the Medical Economics team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Healthcare Analytics will utilize and develop analytic tools to solve complex business challenges, focusing on cost management and business development while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support the development and underwriting of capitated risk proposals, including cost projections and trend analysis Perform research and analysis of healthcare claims and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations Translate analyses into customer-ready deliverables using visualization tools and facilitate interactions with clients Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or healthcare focus 1-3 years of experience in claims-based healthcare analytics Advanced proficiency in SQL or SAS and Microsoft Excel Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and calculations
