Senior Analyst Investment Operations – 6 Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Support investment closings, including documentation review, system setup, transaction processing and settlement.
• Manage daily trading activity, cash events and the lifecycle of investment transactions.
• Maintain accurate investment records, positions, reconciliations and asset servicing activities.
• Support complex fixed income investments and monthly/quarterly valuation reviews.
• Investigate and elevate discrepancies or operational issues as required.
• Partner with internal teams, asset managers and service providers to resolve issues and meet reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant investment operations experience, with strong fixed income experience.
• Strong understanding of settlements, reconciliations, valuations and asset servicing.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• CFA, CPA or CBV designation is considered an asset.

Pay Rate

$40.00/ Hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
