Senior Analyst, Process Architect

In this role you convert complex product and payment capabilities into scalable, controlled operations that serve a fast-growing fintech platform. You will design end-to-end workflows across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant Operations and establish governance for new digital-asset and stablecoin capabilities. You’ll translate regulatory and technical requirements into actionable processes and leverage automation to enable scalable workflows. This role offers the chance to shape the operating model for crypto-enabled payments and work with cross-functional teams to launch compliant, high-impact capabilities.

• Design end-to-end process models for new product launches across Risk, Compliance and Merchant Operations
• Translate product, regulatory and technical requirements into actionable processes, controls and handoffs
• Build safe, scalable, and compliant digital-asset operations (stablecoins, blockchain)
• Establish governance, metrics, controls and automated workflows enabling AI-assisted operations
• Drive cross-functional alignment and clarity on ambiguous problems and risks
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Merchant teams to operationalise capabilities
• Lead operational readiness activities for launches and ongoing improvements

• Background in digital assets, crypto (stablecoins), blockchain, and regulated payments implementations
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, and automation to scale workflows
• 3+ years in process design or operational excellence in fintech
• Ability to work across Risk, Compliance and Merchant operations to support cross-functional requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills across technical, operational and executive audiences
