As a Senior Analyst in Lazard’s Technology M&A Team in London, you support high-profile tech transactions through rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, and client-facing materials. You work closely with MDs, senior bankers, and junior colleagues to ensure accurate, compelling analyses and presentations. The role blends independent judgment with collaboration across Lazard groups to deliver value for clients. • Build and review financial models for marketing and execution,
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations
• Ensure accuracy and quality of numerical work before presenting to senior bankers
• Prepare and contribute to client-ready presentations and marketing materials
• Oversee juniors to maintain content, consistency and language quality
• Support MDs and senior bankers with ad hoc reports and analyses
• Assist in due diligence and execution support
• Identify client objectives and propose potential solutions
• Create concise, persuasive presentations and contribute to business development
• Develop relationships with clients and advisors across Lazard groups and regions
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing

• M&A experience within an investment banking environment
• Valuation-focused understanding of accounting principles used in advisory analyses
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills for marketing and execution
• Self-motivation and ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high-pressure setting
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
