Senior Analytics Engineer

As a Senior Analytics Engineer in our Data team, you will turn raw data into production-ready models and tables powering analytics and AI products. You’ll own the data stack from BigQuery through dbt to Looker, ensuring scale, trust, and AI-readiness to support both internal decisions and patient-facing tools. Your work directly shapes how teams operate and how AI features perform at scale. You’ll collaborate across functions to set governance standards and drive data culture, delivering impact today and as we grow.

• Architect, model and optimise core data models for analytics and AI applications at scale
• Structure data layer to support AI/LLM use cases, including feature pipelines and evaluation datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions
• Own data governance, ensuring integrity, consistency and security with thorough documentation
• Shape data culture through rigorous modeling frameworks and analytical standards
• Identify and drive improvements to performance, reliability and usability of the data stack

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering or related role
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to design, optimise and debug complex queries
• Hands-on experience with dbt or Dataform and building scalable data models
• Experience with BigQuery and Looker is a strong advantage
• Understanding of AI/LLM data needs, feature engineering and evaluation pipelines
• Experience contributing to AI/ML workflows, feature stores or training data curation
