Senior Analytics Engineer

Overview

In this role you will shape a scalable, modern data environment used across international teams. You’ll build reliable data pipelines and data models, enabling self-serve analytics while improving data quality. You’ll partner with engineers, analysts, and product teams to drive data literacy and provide a strong semantic layer for BI tools. The position offers high impact in a fast-moving, data-driven setting with opportunities to influence data governance and tooling.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using dbt from bronze to gold layers
• Apply Kimball methodologies to deliver clean, scalable data models
• Implement data quality frameworks and testing strategies
• Own the design of the semantic layer for BI tools (Looker, Power BI)
• Promote self-service analytics and data literacy across the business
• Act as a SQL expert across Postgres, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Redshift
• Build and orchestrate pipelines using Airflow
• Support infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD practices via GitHub
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product teams

• Strong experience building analytics-focused pipelines
• Proficient with dbt, SQL, and cloud data warehouses
• Knowledge of Kimball modelling and testing frameworks
• Experience with Airflow or similar orchestrators
• Understanding of IaC and CI/CD principles
