Senior Analytics Engineer

In this role, you will build and optimize production-ready data models and tables that power analytics and AI applications. You’ll ensure a scalable, trusted data layer in a modern stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) that supports AI/LLM use cases and patient-facing tools. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust data solutions and own data governance and documentation. Your work shapes how teams operate and how AI products perform, with a strong emphasis on ownership and measurable impact.

• Architect and optimize core data models for analytics and AI applications
• Ensure data layer supports AI/LLM use cases, including feature pipelines and evaluation datasets
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations and product to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Own data governance, integrity, security, documentation and best practices
• Shape data culture and drive adoption of rigorous modeling frameworks
• Identify and implement improvements to performance, reliability and usability of the data stack

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering or related role
• Advanced SQL skills for designing, optimizing and debugging complex queries
• Hands-on experience with dbt or Dataform and building scalable data models
• Experience with BigQuery and Looker is a strong advantage
