Paddle is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape our data infrastructure, develop scalable data models in Snowflake with dbt, and promote analytics engineering best practices across the business.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-value data solutions, mentor junior engineers, and expose datasets to BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Snowsight) while ensuring data quality, metadata and documentation.
