Senior Analytics Engineering Manager - Send Experience Pod

As Senior Product Analytics Manager, you will set the analytics direction for Wise’s Global Send Experience Squad. You’ll partner with Product, Design and Engineering to uncover customer needs and growth opportunities in remittances, guiding decisions on price, speed and convenience. You’ll lead a team of senior analysts, coaching them to support day-to-day product work while you tackle high-impact problems. You’ll drive a data-informed product strategy aimed at expanding Wise’s money transfer revenues globally.

• Set the squad's strategic direction for analytics and align with product, design and engineering
• Lead discovery to identify unmet customer needs, friction, and growth opportunities
• Influence customer decision factors (price, speed, convenience) across journeys for new and returning users
• Prioritize opportunities by sizing potential impact and articulating clear product viewpoints
• Lead and develop a team of senior analysts, setting high analytical standards
• Coach analysts to partner with product teams and contribute to planning and discovery
• Remain hands-on on the most consequential problems and guide complex analyses
• Communicate evidence clearly to senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional action

• Experience leading analytics teams (senior or experienced analysts)
• Track record shaping product strategy and business direction via analytics
• Strong product and commercial judgement linking customer needs to growth and economics
• Experience leading discovery in ambiguous problem spaces
• Deep understanding of product analytics across acquisition, conversion and retention
• Proficiency in quantitative methods, experimentation and causal analysis
• Strong technical analytical skills including SQL
• Excellent communication and ability to align diverse stakeholders
• Ability to set long-term direction while staying close to the work
