Senior Consultant in EPM/Anaplan environments leads end-to-end delivery of FP&A and financial consolidation solutions for clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shape delivery excellence, mentor junior staff, and contribute to pre-sales activities. The role blends hands-on solution building with stakeholder leadership across client and partner ecosystems. This is a growth-oriented opportunity in a collaborative, client-facing consultancy that supports career progression toward principal-level.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end technical solution on client engagements from design to delivery and adoption
  • Serve as technical escalation point, tracking progress, risks, and scope
  • Lead workshops with senior stakeholders using structured problem-solving to define recommendations
  • Advise clients on technology vs process or people-change solutions with confidence
  • Manage client relationships at all levels and communicate challenging messages diplomatically
  • Lead complex discussions with senior/executive stakeholders and tailor communication to audience
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Anaplan and partner organisations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members; contribute to sales processes and continuous improvement
Key requirements
  • Consulting experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle
  • Solution Architect with FP&A and/or financial consolidation tool delivery experience
  • Hands-on build experience of Anaplan or similar EPM application
  • Strong FP&A and financial consolidation/reporting process expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness to manage scope
  • Technical coding experience (Python, SQL, VB.net)
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Professional accounting qualification (desirable)
  • Business development/pre-sales interest (advantageous)
  • Strong stakeholder management
