Senior Android Developer

• Design, develop, and enhance native Android applications supporting a top tier bank's Digital Investing experience.
• Build modern Android interfaces and features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose .
• Develop reusable, scalable mobile components with a focus on performance, stability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Partner with product, design, backend, QA, and other mobile developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, debugging, and production releases.
• Help establish and maintain strong Android engineering standards and development practices.
• Collaborate within an Agile engineering team to deliver digital investing functionality.
• Use AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
• Potentially contribute to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) development and shared mobile functionality.

Must-haves

• Strong hands-on Jetpack Compose experience.
• Strong understanding of modern Android architecture and development practices.
• Ability to independently own development while working collaboratively across the team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools .
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Financial services, wealth management, brokerage, trading, or investing experience.
