Responsibilities
  • lead design, configuration and development of enterprise Appian applications
  • ensure solutions are secure, maintainable and aligned to Appian best practices
  • participate in the full delivery lifecycle from technical design to deployment and support
  • shape technical solutions with architects, product managers and engineers
  • lead technical discussions with clients and mentor junior developers
  • contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • maintain delivery quality through reviews, testing, deployment management and performance optimization
  • stay current with Appian capabilities and identify automation opportunities
Key requirements
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Appian solutions
  • Strong Appian development skills (Records, Record Types, Relationships, SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Sites, Reports, CDTs)
  • Relational databases, SQL, data modelling experience
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, Connected Systems, Web APIs)
  • Performance tuning and Appian health checks
  • Appian security model, deployments and release management
  • Technical design documentation and unit testing
  • Experience in Agile Scrum and working with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication with business and technical teams
  • Proactive, continuous learner with interest in Appian capabilities
