Senior Application Analyst

As a Senior Application Analyst, you will contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing transformation of the Devon Epic EPR system. You will work in the Beacon Oncology area to ensure safe, effective configuration supporting clinical, operational and administrative workflows across Devon’s acute Trusts. You will analyse workflows, support configuration, testing and optimisation, and drive sustainable improvements in patient care and staff experience. The role includes leading change management, documenting processes, and contributing to major upgrades and optimisation initiatives. • Contribute to implementation, maintenance and transformation of the Devon Epic EPR system
• Configure Beacon Oncology to support clinical, operational and administrative workflows
• Analyse workflows and support system configuration, testing and optimisation
• Lead change management and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain system documentation and participate in testing programmes
• Contribute to upgrades and optimisation initiatives
• Undertake additional leadership responsibilities within the application
• Travel to sites across Devon and participate in on-call rota for major releases and incidents

• Experience with EPR systems, especially Epic, and healthcare IT environments
• Ability to analyse workflows and configure complex systems
• Experience leading change management and participating in testing and upgrades
• Willingness to travel across Devon and participate in on-call rota
