Senior Application Modernization Analyst

Lead application modernization analysis in hybrid onsite St. John’s while applying requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder interview expertise.

This Senior Business Analyst supports modernization of the Apprenticeship Certification Management System. The work includes business analysis, data migration, functional testing, and system integration. Candidates need 7+ years of experience and large-scale modernization project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering and validation workshops
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze business processes
• Develop process models, workflows, use cases, and user stories
• Support data cleansing, mapping, conversion rules, and validation
• Drive functional testing, defect resolution, and user training

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Senior Business Analyst experience
• Experience with large-scale modernization projects
• Willingness to work hybrid onsite in St. John’s
• Apprenticeship program knowledge is a strong asset
• Azure DevOps and wireframing tools are strong assets
