• Provide technical and business support for Citi application users
• Monitor applications, perform start of day checks, and coordinate handovers
• Assess production risks and escalate impacts to appropriate management
• Participate in application releases through testing and production deployment
• Coach analysts and support stability, efficiency, and effectiveness projects

Requirements:

• Five to eight years in an application support role
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications
• Programming language experience and willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
