Overview
In this Senior Application Support role, you will stabilise and strengthen the regional support team for Unit4 ERP across EMEA and UK. You will handle complex cases, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll work with Unit4 ERP and ERPx, expanding knowledge through a structured rotation programme. Your work helps customers realise value from the ERP platform while shaping how the support function evolves. This is a people-first, high-impact role at a fast-growing cloud software company.

- Manage and resolve daily customer support cases across EMEA and UK
- Serve as SME for complex issues and escalations
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members
- Deliver training sessions and foster knowledge development
- Own escalation management for timely resolutions
- Operate in a flat team structure covering both first-line and advanced support
- Balance operational delivery with mentoring and process improvement
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements
- Work with Unit4 ERP and ERPx, starting with ERP and rotating to broaden knowledge
- Proven experience with Unit4 ERP/x (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the Financial/Logistics module
- Basic SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage both standard support cases and complex escalations
- Occasional travel to customer sites where required
- Mentoring or coaching colleagues
