Senior Applications Development Lead Analyst

Lead advanced applications programming and systems analysis at Citi as a senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in a full-time position.

This senior-level position establishes and implements application systems and programs with the Technology team. You will coordinate application development activities, guide system analysis, and support new products and process improvements. The work requires expertise in application design, system flow, and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams on integration and system enhancements
• Resolve complex business and system process problems
• Ensure application designs follow the architecture blueprint
• Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
• Coach developers and analysts while allocating work

Requirements:

• Six to ten years of relevant applications development experience
• Extensive software application programming and systems analysis experience
• Successful project management and implementation experience
• Subject matter expertise in applications development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
