Senior Applications Development Programmer

As a senior Applications Development Programmer, you will establish and implement revised application systems with Citi’s Technology team. The work covers systems analysis, programming, coding standards, testing, debugging, and implementation. You will also analyze complex business processes, define system enhancements, and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and meet goals
• Resolve high-impact problems through complex process and systems evaluation
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Analyze issues and develop innovative application solutions
• Coach developers and analysts while allocating work as necessary

Requirements:

• PL/SQL, SQL, Python, ETL, and data warehousing experience
• SQL performance optimization and troubleshooting capabilities
• Five or more years of relevant applications development experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
• Clear communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
