Senior ASP.NET MVC Developer – Fintech50- Kingston Upon Thames

In this senior role you will own the development, maintenance, and evolution of web applications for a high-profile fintech client. You will work within an agile team to deliver greenfield features and improve usability, while contributing to a bleeding-edge technology strategy. The position offers path to leadership roles and emphasizes innovation, fast delivery, and collaboration with blue-chip financial services clients. You will shape technical direction, implement robust patterns, and drive value through new ideas and enhancements.

• Produce, modify and maintain websites and web applications
• Lead development, usability and testing of new and existing sites
• Engage in greenfield projects and contribute to architectural decisions
• Work within a two-week sprint cycle in an agile team
• Collaborate with Development Team Lead with potential progression to Team Lead/Development Manager
• Drive innovation and usability improvements based on business needs

• 5+ years of C# and ASP.NET experience
• MVC 4+
• SQL Server 2008+
• NHibernate or equivalent ORM
• Design Patterns and Practices
• Agile SCRUM and XP (ideally)
• Financial services domain experience (preferred)
• Razor, JavaScript, jQuery familiarity
