Senior Associate (5 PQE+) - Digital Infrastructure | London

A leading international law firm is looking to add a Senior Associate (5 PQE+) to it's highly regarded technology transactions practice in London, with a focus on digital infrastructure.

The team sits at the forefront of the digital economy, advising major technology companies, telecoms operators, financial institutions and infrastructure investors on sophisticated commercial and strategic matters. The work spans digital infrastructure, complex technology contracts, fibre and connectivity projects, data centres, strategic outsourcing, AI and emerging technology.

The role offers genuine scope to take ownership of matters, lead negotiations, manage junior lawyers and build direct relationships with sophisticated clients.

The team is interested in lawyers with significant digital infrastructure/telecoms experience; you should be comfortable running substantial workstreams and translating technically complex issues into practical commercial advice.
