Overview

In this role you will oversee data management for clinical studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity throughout the study lifecycle. You’ll influence study design, refine data capture tools, and drive timely, high-quality data delivery to support evidence-based outcomes. You will work within the Data Analytics and Outsourcing group to improve data quality and study efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement across processes. This position offers the chance to impact regulated environments in a global R&D context and grow within Reckitt’s Academy for development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide data management expertise to study teams and contribute to study protocols and design
  • Lead the review and refinement of electronic data capture tools (eCRFs) for accurate data capture
  • Monitor and review study data to detect trends, discrepancies, and outliers and take action
  • Collaborate with external vendors and oversee data management deliverables
  • Review vendor processes and documentation to ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure data management activities meet timelines, scope, and quality expectations
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply data integrity principles (ALCOA) and ensure compliance with standards and procedures
Key requirements
  • Experience in Data Management within clinical research or a regulated environment
  • Ability to contribute independently to study data management activities
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing deliverables
  • Strong understanding of clinical data collection tools (eCRFs) and study processes
  • Knowledge of data quality and data integrity principles (ALCOA)
  • Ability to identify issues, assess impact, and support resolution
  • Strong communication skills with experience working across functions
