As a Senior Associate Full-Stack Engineer, you will design and sustain backend services while contributing to modern frontends. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle and work closely with product and design partners. You’ll focus on secure, scalable systems, improving performance, security, and reliability through automation. This role sits at the intersection of AI-enabled development and mature cloud-based services, offering impact across the finance platform. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services, batches and APIs, with UI contributions as needed
  • Own end-to-end delivery: implementation, testing, deployment, observability, reliability
  • Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Enhance performance, security, and resiliency via best practices and automation (CI/CD)
  • Foster a learning, inclusive team culture aligned to company principles
Key requirements
  • Hands-on AI development experience using modern tools and IDEs (e.g., Windsurf)
  • Solid programming concepts and microservices understanding
  • Proficiency in Java with Spring
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing (JUnit/Spock), and Docker
  • Familiarity with microservices, observability/telemetry (Splunk, AppDynamics), and cloud deployments
  • Curiosity about business domain and translating product strategy to technical solutions
  • Groovy with Spock knowledge preferred
  • JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular 15+ knowledge preferred
