Overview

In this role you will help deliver LSEG’s inorganic growth by coordinating and executing M&A integration efforts within the Integration Management Office. You will work with cross‑functional partners to develop target operating models, track progress, and manage risks to realise value from acquisitions. You’ll build strong relationships with business leaders across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, People and Commercial teams, contributing to playbooks and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to shape how integrations create impact at scale, from strategy through to value realization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop integration strategies, target operating models and implementation plans for business combinations
  • Monitor progress, dependencies and governance to provide clear delivery visibility
  • Identify and track synergy opportunities and monitor performance against business case assumptions
  • Coordinate activities across multiple functions, produce updates for senior partners, and contribute to integration playbooks and methodologies
  • Support workshops, change initiatives and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth integration and transition activities
  • Assist with carve-outs, separation activities and transition service agreement management when required
Key requirements
  • Experience supporting M&A integrations in an Integration Management Office, preferably in financial services or complex environments
  • Strong programme management skills (planning, coordination, risk management, delivery tracking)
  • Ability to analyse complex information and communicate clear recommendations
  • Experience building relationships with partners at various levels in an organization
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with project management tools
  • Commercial mindset, collaborative approach and genuine interest in M&A, integration and value creation
