Senior Associate - Pensions

In this role you join a national pensions practice to provide ongoing advisory support and handle both day-to-day and complex pensions matters. You will collaborate with partners and supervise junior team members while delivering risk transfer projects and drafting deeds and related documents. • Provide ongoing pensions advisory work to key clients
• Lead or contribute to projects including risk transfer initiatives
• Draft deeds and other essential pension documents
• Collaborate with partners and senior colleagues across offices
• Manage own workload and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality advice
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Support cross-office and national client service

• 5+ years PQE in pensions
• Experience delivering both day-to-day and complex pensions matters
• Ability to work across national lines and manage caseloads
• Self-starter with strong time management and up-to-date pensions knowledge
• Ability to supervise junior lawyers and integrate into a collaborative team
