Senior Associate, Solutions Enablement Team

As a Senior Associate in the Solutions Enablement Team, you will drive excellent client onboarding for diverse client types and help integrate RBC Brewin Dolphin with RBC WME. You will partner with internal stakeholders and mentors to optimize onboarding processes, aiming for a world-class client experience. You’ll lead daily pod activities, report metrics, and identify training and process improvements to support advisers. This role offers leadership responsibility, problem-solving focus, and a direct impact on operational efficiency and client service. You will contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture with strong governance and risk awareness.

• Implement onboarding lifecycle for HNWIs, corporates, trusts, and charities
• Build trust with internal stakeholders to improve client experience
• Act as main contact for internal partners and clients on banking and operations
• Report Pod activities and performance to SET Manager weekly
• Lead daily Pod Calls to coordinate priorities and progress
• Provide process feedback and identify training needs for advisors
• Mentor Pod members and support their professional development
• Oversee initial and ongoing Pod training
• Develop and update procedures to streamline workflows and ensure compliance
• Escalate issues within the Pod and lead corrective actions for Operational Risk Events
• Own complex referrals and drive resolution with leadership
• Provide actionable feedback from frontline insights for improvements
• Complete testing for projects to drive broader process improvements
