Senior Associate Valuations Financial Modeling

Build detailed valuation models as a Senior Associate in Toronto, using financial analysis and sensitivity analysis within a four-day office model.

Doane Grant Thornton seeks a Senior Associate, Valuations to support valuation and litigation mandates. You will analyze financial statements, research markets, and prepare client-facing reports. The work covers shareholder transactions, reorganizations, tax planning, financial reporting, and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build valuation and financial models with sensitivity analysis
• Draft valuation and damage quantification reports
• Analyze financial statements and related information
• Research industries, markets, public companies, and transactions
• Meet clients and collaborate across Tax and Assurance

Requirements:

• CPA designation or near completion of required hours
• Actively pursuing or willing to pursue CBV designation
• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capabilities
• Strong business writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
