Senior Atlassian Solution Architect – Rovo & AI, Atlassian Center of Excellence, Engineering, Technology & Transformation

In this role you help lead Deloitte’s Atlassian CoE initiatives, designing and implementing Rovo and AI-enabled Atlassian solutions for complex client environments. You will work across pre‑sales, discovery, design and delivery to improve planning, collaboration and decision‑making. You’ll drive innovative, AI-first delivery models and contribute to a growing practice with cross‑functional teams. • Lead client engagements focused on Atlassian Rovo and act as the primary subject matter expert across pre‑sales, discovery, solution design and implementation activities
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and design fit‑for‑purpose solutions aligned to delivery and transformation goals
• Design and deliver compelling Rovo demonstrations tailored to client challenges and outcomes
• Advise on Rovo integration with Jira, Confluence and broader delivery ecosystems to improve discovery, productivity and decision‑making
• Lead solution architecture and implementation activities including Rovo configuration, agent design, workflow integration and adoption planning
• Contribute to delivery transformation initiatives, identifying AI‑enabled improvements across project, programme and product delivery
• Support teams in embedding AI capabilities into existing delivery models, governance frameworks and ways of working
• Develop innovative AI‑enabled solutions, use cases and demonstrations demonstrating value of Atlassian Rovo in client environments
• Maintain understanding of Atlassian AI strategy, product roadmap and emerging capabilities across the ecosystem
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, best practices and implementation patterns to support client delivery and capability growth

• Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem
• Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian Rovo
• Experience designing, delivering and demonstrating Atlassian-based solutions to senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and enterprise adoption considerations
• Experience translating technical requirements into roadmaps and plans
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies and modern software delivery practices
• Experience leading teams, communities of practice or capability development initiatives
