Leading complex audits, the full-time Nursing Senior Auditor will mentor junior auditors, ensure compliance with clinical and financial standards, and enhance revenue cycle performance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct complex audits of high-risk claims and cases, providing expert guidance on escalated findings Mentor and train junior nursing auditors, fostering their professional development Collaborate with compliance and revenue cycle leadership to develop audit strategies and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management Required qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license and relevant nursing experience Experience in auditing within healthcare settings, particularly with revenue cycle management Strong understanding of clinical and financial compliance standards Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify trends for process improvement Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members
