Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Developer to design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Blue Prism , with complementary expertise in Python, SQL, and API integrations . The role will drive process transformation and contribute to Intelligent Automation, AI-assisted development, and emerging Agentic AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism
• Build Intelligent Automation solutions incorporating AI/ML, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI frameworks
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality
• Develop API integrations and use Python for scripting, automation enhancements, and AI/ML workflows
• Use SQL Server for data extraction, analysis, transformation, and automation workflows
• Identify opportunities to optimize and scale existing RPA and Intelligent Automation processes
• Collaborate with business teams, operational excellence leaders, and service partners
• Conduct code/design reviews and mentor junior automation developers
• Coordinate QA testing, UAT, and post-implementation validation
• Support production bots and automation solutions while troubleshooting performance and operational issues
• Promote automation best practices, modern engineering standards, and innovative solutions

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL Server, and API integrations
• Experience with Intelligent Automation and AI/ML concepts
• Knowledge of Agentic AI or AI-assisted development is highly desirable
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants
• Strong understanding of automation lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into RPA solutions
• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
• Exposure to modern cloud, AI, and automation technologies
