Senior AV Control Systems Programmer

Lead AV control programming with Crestron, Q-SYS, and Extron while creating responsive interfaces and supporting deployments remotely. This senior role centers on complex systems, UI/UX design, and technical troubleshooting.

As a Senior Programmer, you will develop user interfaces, system code, standards, and templates for AV systems. You will coordinate with stakeholders, design engineering, field engineering, project management, clients, and international programmers. The work includes programming, graphic design, customer service, mentoring, and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Crestron, Q-SYS, and Extron system code
• Create responsive user interfaces and experiences
• Deploy, debug, and troubleshoot code during testing
• Provide remote technical assistance for commissioning and end users
• Mentor colleagues and lead team initiatives

Requirements:

• Seven years of audio visual control system development
• Associate or bachelor degree, or equivalent experience
• Crestron, Q-SYS, and Extron platform experience
• C#, TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, Lua, or PowerShell
• Git workflow, code reviews, and responsive UI experience
