You will bridge Sales, Estimating, Design and Project Management to deliver accurate quotations and high-quality AV solutions.

You will develop bespoke AV concepts, ensure timely handovers, and maintain strong supplier and client relationships while guiding a Midlands team and contributing to continuous improvement
