UCL is seeking an AV and IT Support Officer within the Information Services Division (ISD) to deliver prompt 2nd line IT support to staff, students and honorary contract holders. You will provide field, phone and remote-based support for UCL Managed Desktop, AV equipment, and other peripherals used by academic and administrative staff.

You will join a medium-sized IT support team, work across virtual teams, and help ensure teaching and research activities run smoothly by troubleshooting
