Lead AWS cloud engineering for Amazon Connect contact centers, applying CloudFormation, AWS CLI, and security practices across production environments.

This senior engineer designs, builds, and supports AWS cloud environments for contact center solutions. The work includes Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch. You will develop system designs, integrations, documentation, and implementation plans while supporting availability, performance, scalability, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Amazon Connect contact center solution implementation
  • Design, build, and support AWS cloud environments
  • Monitor application performance and review production logs
  • Implement safeguards protecting data integrity and access
  • Develop technical documentation and integration plans

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in software development and technical delivery
  • Ideally five years using AWS services and tools
  • Extensive Amazon Connect implementation experience
  • Proficiency with AWS CLI, SDK, CloudFormation, and IAM
  • Knowledge of GitLab or comparable DevOps tools
