Senior Azure Data Engineer DataOps

Build cloud data platforms with Databricks, Azure Data Services, and DataOps practices as a Senior Azure Data Engineer for HM. Design scalable pipelines and integrations supporting modern data environments.

This senior data engineering position focuses on implementing and supporting cloud-based data platforms and services. You will develop ETL and ELT processes, apply deployment automation, testing, monitoring, and operational support, and enable metadata, lineage, and data quality. The work includes collaboration with architects, modellers, and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support cloud-based data platforms and services
• Develop scalable ETL, ELT, and integration solutions
• Implement DataOps automation, testing, monitoring, and support
• Enable metadata collection, lineage, and data quality
• Support migration, interoperability, and reusable data services

Requirements:

• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Databricks SQL
• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture
• Experience with Azure Data Services and Azure Data Factory
• Experience with Informatica or equivalent integration platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
