Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

Azure Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure Azure services to support business-critical applications.

Automation & DevOps: Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/ARM Templates) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

Containerisation: Implement containerised solutions with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes for optimal performance and scalability.

Networking & Security: Ensure networking best practices when integrating Azure environments with on‑prem data centres, maintaining security and reliability at every level.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to deliver efficient, well‑architected cloud solutions.

Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system health, optimise resource usage, and proactively resolve performance or deployment issues.

Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by adopting the latest Azure technologies and DevOps best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Cloud Professional: 10+ years of professional experience as an Azure Platform or DevOps Engineer, with a proven record of designing and managing Azure infrastructure.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, networking, and security best practices.

Containerisation & Infrastructure: Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and NGINX, along with proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM Templates.

CI/CD & Scripting: Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and the ability to write scripts in Shell, Python, or similar languages.

Collaborative & Analytical: Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
