Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and Infrastructure as Code define this senior engineering role for scalable, highly available cloud systems.

This Senior DevOps Engineer delivers cloud services and applications while improving AKS performance, resilience, security, and availability. You will use Terraform, Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Git, and GitOps practices. The role also supports observability, monitoring, peer reviews, and evolving Agile and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Infrastructure as Code for scalable, highly available systems
  • Develop Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for applications and services
  • Improve AKS cloud service performance, resilience, security, and availability
  • Manage observability and monitoring solutions for deployed services
  • Modernize deployment strategies with GitOps and review peer contributions

Requirements:

  • At least five years delivering cloud services and applications
  • Deep Terraform and Bicep Infrastructure as Code expertise
  • In-depth Docker, Kubernetes, and Git knowledge
  • Strong Helm chart management experience for Kubernetes applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
