Overview

In this role you will act as the bridge between Finance and Technology on a global SAP Finance transformation programme. You will define requirements, map and optimise finance processes, and ensure delivery of business outcomes across regional consolidations and rollouts. You’ll collaborate with senior finance stakeholders, technology teams, and partners to drive continuous improvements and enable change across the SAP Finance landscape. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape how finance processes operate at scale within a multi-brand organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Define and document business requirements for SAP Finance initiatives
  • Analyse and optimise finance processes to support consolidation and rollout across regions
  • Translate business needs into effective SAP solutions and change requests
  • Support broader transformation initiatives including process redesign and operation optimization
  • Demonstrate strong business process mapping, process engineering and analysis
  • Create and maintain best-practice BA frameworks, tools, and documentation standards
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams globally to align outcomes
Key requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
  • Demonstrable experience with SAP Finance programmes
  • Experience with large-scale ERP/SAP/Finance system implementations, rollouts or enhancements
  • Proficient in business process mapping, process engineering and analysis
  • Proficient with use cases, UML and interaction diagrams
  • Track record of establishing BA frameworks, tools and documentation standards
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping future-state processes
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and global teams
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail or Logistics environments
